HolmHosts Introduction
Updated: Jun 6
HolmHosts are a South Wales based Airbnb co-hosting service, offering a complete short-term let solution to generate and maximise your revenue stream from Airbnbing. We specialise in co-hosting, meaning we manage everything to do with bookings and leave you remain in control of your property. You receive booking income direct to ensure you have the financial reward without delay, keeping you in control of your income, whilst delegating the leg work of creating the revenue.
The HolmHosts team is helping clients, those ofay with Airbnb and those new to it, to maximise their return and minimise the effort of doing so. We have substantial experience in the property, hospitality and buy to let sectors, which allows us to bring together our skills to ensure maximum return on investment for you from your Airbnb property.
Whether you’re looking to switch a buy to let property from long term let to short term (based on the ability to increase yield) or looking at your own properties/land/space to create a new rental income that has not yet been explored, we can help.

Getting Your Property Airbnb Ready
Just like any business venture, there’s planning, preparation and hard work that goes into making every property ‘guest-ready.’ We’re not just handing over the keys to guests; we’re responsible for shaping their whole stay into a 5* experience, worthy of rave reviews and premium nightly rates.
While there are many great ways to provide the best stay for our guests, when it comes to buying certain household items, we want to have all our bases covered to create a micro-hotel experience.
